Return & Refund Policy

Returns handled by Vendors. Guidelines (may vary by product – check product page):

Return Window: 4 days from delivery.
Eligibility: Unused, original packaging, tags intact. Defective/damaged/wrong items eligible. Non-returnable: Medical products, food items.
Process: Request via account → Orders → Return. Submit reason/photos if required. Vendor arranges label/pickup. Customer pays return shipping unless item defective/wrong.
Refunds: Issued to original payment method within 7-10 business days after Vendor inspection. Full refund (incl. shipping) for defective items; otherwise shipping deducted.
No exaggerated claims (e.g. “100% satisfaction or money back”).
