Yes, a seller can register on Indiabuyon without a GST Number by generating an enrollment number. You can refer to the help section for the steps on how to generate an enrollment number. However, registering without GST restricts you to only sell within your registered state.
Can a seller register multiple brands with the same GST?
No, each brand should have their individual GST through which they can register. A seller, however, can certainly onboard multiple brands and manage them centrally using the seller manager model.

Can one email and phone number be used to register multiple seller accounts?
No, the email address and phone number should be unique for each registration.
Why or when do we need GST for registration?
It is mandatory for all sellers of goods and services to be registered for GST. So, any seller who wants to sell their products PAN India has to submit GST details for registration.
Do I need to register on multiple Seller Network Participants (SNPs) to be present on Indiabuyon?
No, you do not need to register on multiple Seller Network Participants to have visibility on all of the Buyer Apps of Indiabuyon. By registering on Indiabuyon, your products will be available to buyers across all the Buyer Apps.
How is Indiabuyon better than other SNPs?

No, registering on Indiabuyon is free of cost. Sellers who need enterprise features can go for paid subscriptions. However, joining Indiabuyon is absolutely free of cost.
What is the fee that Indiabuyon charges for registration?
Indiabuyon is a Section-8 Company, which implies it is a Not For Profit organisation, so there is no fee for registering on Indiabuyon.
Can I edit my business details myself on Indiabuyon Seller NP account?
Yes, on Indiabuyon you can edit your business details yourself by following these steps: Login to your seller account >> Go to "Seller" >> Click on "Profile" >> Edit your business details and save.
How long does it take for KYC approval?
It usually takes 12-24 hours for KYC approval on Indiabuyon.
I have forgotten my login credentials, what should I do?
You can simply click on Forget Password, and you will receive an email with the link to set up a new password. Go to that link and change your password.
I want to sell in certain locations only, how can I do that?
To enable selling in certain chosen locations, login to your seller account >> Go to "Seller" >> Click on "Profile" >> Choose "Edit" >> Click "Location availability mode" >> Select pin codes and enter pin codes which you want to cover and save.
How long does it take to go live on Indiabuyon?
It usually takes 2-3 business days to go live on Indiabuyon.
Can I add personal PAN if GSTIN matches?
Yes, you can add your personal PAN if GSTIN matches.

Does Indiabuyon read my SMS(s)?
No, Indiabuyon does not read your SMS messages. We only use SMS for sending you important account-related notifications, such as OTPs or order updates. Your privacy is important to us.
Why is my account locked?
Your Indiabuyon account may be locked due to multiple failed login attempts, suspicious activity or security concerns, or a violation of Indiabuyon's terms and conditions. To unlock your account, please contact customer support for assistance.
